Delivery and Shipping

Please read our terms and conditions before placing any orders with Two's A Charm on our website.

Two's a Charm uses overnight courier to post your purchase. However, there is always the chance it may not arrive overnight, which is beyond our control. If the order is listed as being delivered, attempted for delivery, at depot, or arranged for redelivery, or other shipping issue that is out of our control, we do not offer refunds.  

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours. We do not dispatch over the weekends or on public holidays, any purchases made after 4pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following week subject to any holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
