Our values are strongly shaped by our Tikanga Māori.

Kaitiakitanga: 

Being Māori, we are naturally born as Kaitiaki of our whenua (land) and moana (waters). Which means we (Two's a charm) are highly mindful of who we work with and the products we deliver. 

From using Eco-friendly packaging to working with businesses who personally hand make their products from environmentally friendly resources. 

 

Maanakitang/ Aroha: 

Another key value we pride ourselves in is taking care of our customers as if they were whānau. Making sure we are providing efficient and quality service to our best ability, to ensure a perfect purchase and that every single customer is satisfied. 

 

Kotahitanga / Whakawhanaungatanga: 

One of the reasons why we started Two's a Charm was to be an example for our Iwi Māori in this modern day and age, bridging the gap and challenging spaces that were not built for us, but here we are. We wanted to expose not only our Māori business owners, but also kiwi ingenuity as a whole by using E-commerce.
